Why is a model shown in different categories?

Many models can not be explained with a shoe type, so often a model is shown in different categories

Payment methods SHOETATION Online Shop?

Payment in advance - you pay the amount of SHOETATION.

You should transfer the money within 3 days , because otherwise the order is canceled!

Can I also try and buy all shoes in the „real" shop?

All models are available in the online shop and real shop - the desired sizes, colors and quantities, see the details below. Once all the pairs of a model are sold out, it is immediately displayed.

How can I order online?

- In the left menu, select the desired type of footwear

- Once you have seen a model that appeals to them, you get more information in the detail view.

- Right below there is a list of available colors, sizes and quantities of the selected shoe.

- After you have made a selection, you can click the button right below - the pair is now in the virtual shopping bag

- Now you can either continue shopping, or start the order process.

- In this case, your order information is necessary, furthermore you can choose a payment method.

How much is the transportservice?

For all customers, shipping  is free! - Exception: discounted shoes!

Is there a shipping to EU and other Non EU countries?

Yes, of course, is possible. At the moment its for free ! Normally it costs €15 by arrangement. Has worked very well so far!

Right to withdraw?

We provide for our customers the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods (including Sundays and holidays). The revocation can without giving reasons in writing mail or letter to SHOETATION within the time limit to the business address (see contact) made by.
